RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COt1NTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "020-001 ADMINISTRATIVE" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 12 to 13.
NOW, 'fHIREFORE, BE I~h RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 18 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "130-001 COUNTY CLERK -ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION" by adding
thereto the following:

therefrom the following:

entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENrhIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
