RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALGOHOL 8~ DRUG PROGRAMS
OFFICE OF DRUG COURT PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR Project Year 3
FY 2003/2004
WHEREAS, Butte Gounty Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to accept funds from the California Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs Office of Drug Court Programs (ADP) for the Comprehensive Drug
Court Implementation Program and to continue participation in the program; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement will remain December 29, 2000 through
December 18, 2004, with a maximum receivable amount of $360,745.00 for the term of this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte Gounty Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to contract with the State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs Office of
Drug Court Programs, and authorizes BCDBH to accept the $51,363.00 for the continued
participation in the Drug Court Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14`h day of
January 2003, by the following vote:
