COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
I Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III
(position to end 06-30-03)
thereby decreasing the total from 79.5 to 78.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 20 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CHILD SUPPOR~h INVESrhIGATIONS"
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classitcation Title
1 District Attorney Senior Investigator
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 District Attorney investigator II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4.
NOW, rI'HEREFORE, BE IrI' RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3$30 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Staff Nurse III, II, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
I Administrative Services Assistant {position to end 06-30-03)
1 Medical Records Technician II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Clerical Support Services
1 Administrative Services Assistant or Office Assistant III
{position to end 06-30-03)
1 Supervisor -Clerical Support Services or
Medical Records Technician II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 143.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 70 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARlj PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
fallowing:

and adding thereto the following:
