BOARD OF SUPERVISCIR COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA- Resolution No. 03-01~ RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BUTTE COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT TO RECEIVE THE VOI.UNTF,F.R FIRE ASSISTANCE GRANT NOW, 'T'HEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of`Supervisors of the County of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the Butte County Fire Department, between said Department and the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, a grant in the amount of $6,000 provided under the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (PL 95-3 ] 3). PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on the 28°i day of January 2003 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler NOF,S: None ABSENT: Supervisor F~oux NOT VOTING: None ,~,, ~ R.
