RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 1 ] of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "050-001 AUDITOR-CONTROLLER" by adding (hereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
Senior Account Clerk (position to end 06-30-03)
thereby increasing the total from 38 to 39.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 3 I of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "420-001 PROBATION -JUVENILE HALL" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification 'Title
Supervisor -Juvenile Hall (position to end 06-30-03)
thereby increasing the total from 55.5 to Sb.S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
Information Systems Analyst II, I or
Information Systems Technician III
and adding thereto the following:

2 Probation Officer III, II, I
1 Legal Secretary I or Legal Typist Clerk
thereby increasing the total from 101.75 to 104.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Baard of Supervisars of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled. "704-000 INFORMATION SYSTEMS" is hereby amended. by deleting therefrom
the following;
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Technician II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Information Systems Technician III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 10.
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "725-001 ADMINISTRATIVE CENTRAL COMMUNICATIONS" is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
1 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Services Assistant, Principal Clerk or
Off ce Assistant III, I I, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 8.
