COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, ~hHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Reference A, Butte County Correctional Officers' Association -General Unit
Classifications (Effective 04-13-02}
Reference B, Butte County Correctional Officers' Association Supervisory Unit
