COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I"f RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
I Supervisor -Staff Support Services
or Supervisor -Clerical Support Services
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Executive Secretary to the Sheriff
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 33 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-0006 PROBATION -VICTIM WITNESS GRANT" by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "541-OOI BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:

1 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor

thereby increasing the total from 339 to 343.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "541.-002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - SUBSTANCE ABUSE
SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Medical Records Technician II, I
2 Mental Health Clinician II, I
1 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor
or Mental Health Worker
thereby decreasing the total from. 31 to 27.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of
Butte entitled "757-OOI NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL (MAN A(a I ~M F:1~~~ ~ I~ )
by adding thereto the following:

GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATION" by adding thereto the following:

REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom. the
