RESOLU"i,ION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, `T'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-OOl DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions
Classification Title
I Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to end 06-30-03)
I District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 06-30-03)
1 Paralegal (position to end 06-30-03)
I Office Assistant III, II, I (position to end 06-30-03)
thereby increasing the total from 79.5 to 83.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-00 I PUBLIC HEALTH GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:

2.5 Public Health Nurse Practitioner or Public Health Nurse III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:

2.5 Certified Nurse Practitioner or Public Health Nurse III, II, I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3 830 ofthe County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

1 Supervisor -Mental Health Nurse
1 Supervisor -Mental Health Clinician
and adding thereto the following:

1 Certified Nurse Practitioner
1 Supervisor -Mental Health Counselor
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 343.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 60 of Ordinance No. 3 830 of the County of Butte
entitled "630-001 LIBRARY" by deleting therefromthe fallowing:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 2$.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Sectian 69 of Ordinance No. 3 830 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE D, LAW
ENFORCEMENT- GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by deletingtherefrom the
