RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
TY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE " SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, "I~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "090-001 HUMAN RESOURCES" by deleting therefrom the following;
Positions Classification Title
1 Personnel Analyst III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Personnel Analyst III, II, I or Personnel Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:

I Office Assistant III, II, I (position to end 06-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:

1 Legal Typist Clerk (position to end 06-30-03)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 83.5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3$30 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

7 Public Safety Dispatcher or Public Safety Dispatcher Trainee
and adding thereto the following:

7 Public Safety Dispatcher

thereby increasing the total from 60 to 61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:

adding thereto the following:
