COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Iri' RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:

1 Crime Prevention Coordinator/Public Information Of~eer
and adding thereto the following:

1 Sherift~'s Clerk II {position to end 12-31-03)
thereby increasing the total from 61 to b2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 24 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-002 SHERIFF-CORONER -OPERATIONS" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 12-31-03)
thereby increasing the total from 77 to 78.
NOW, "I'I-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte hereby amends Section 27 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-007 SHERIFF-CORONER -RURAL COUNTY SUPPLEMENTAL
FUNDING" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

1 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:

therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C,
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the

MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:
