KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte entitled "100-001 COUNTY COUNSEL" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy County Counsel III, II, I and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Deputy County Counsel IV, III, II, I thereby leaving the total unchanged at 11. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 44 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte entitled "533-001 PUBLIC WORKS -GENERAL ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 5 Secretary I or Office Assistant III and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Secretary I or Office Assistant III thereby increasing the total from 9.5 to 10. Page 1 of 3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte entitled "541-002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Health Education Specialist III, II (position to end 12-31-OS) thereby increasing the total from 27 to 28. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 52 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 2 Auditor-Accountant II, I and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 2 Supervising Family Support Case Manager thereby leaving the total unchanged at 177.
