RESOLUTION APPROVING COOP I~ FOR OCAL AGENCIOES ROVIDE
FIRE PROTECTION SERV
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorized and directed to approve the cooperative agreement to provide the powerline
inspection program, entered into between the County of Butte and the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 2002 through
June 30, 2003.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13ttday
of May by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
