RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section I9 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Receptionist
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 83.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Legal Typist Clerk (position to end 10-31-03)
thereby increasing the total from 104.75 to 105.75.
