RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
TO ENTER INTO THE AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES AND AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
OROVILLE QUINCY HIGHWAY CA 119 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
PROJECT NO. CA PFH 119-2(3)
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors have entered into a project
agreement with the Federal Highway Administration to participate in the construction of Oroville
Quincy Highway; and
WHEREAS, the project agreement requires that the County of Butte acquire all rights-
of-way and easements necessary to construct the project; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte must complete all right-of--way and easement
acquisitions and deliver aRight-of--Way Certification to the Federal Highway Administration by
July 25, 2003.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, County of
Butte, State of California, in order to expedite the delivery of the Right-of--Way Certification to
the Federal Highway Administration, authorizes the Director of Public Works to sign the right-
of-way and easement acquisition agreements on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 13t" day of May 2003, by the following .vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
