RESOLUTION TO PERMANENTLY INCREASE THE EXISTING REVOLVING 1155
FUND USING CURRENT CHILD SUPPORT APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on December 10, 2002, with BMO 02-357, pursuant
to Government Code § 29410, established a revolving fund to cover Child Support Services
activities involving Internal Revenue tax return interceptions; and
WHEREAS, it is now determined to be a necessity to permanently increase this fund in the
amount of $10,000 using current Child Support Services appropriations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the fund established under BMO 02-357 dated December 10, 2002, be
permanently increased.
2. That within current Child Support Services appropriations, in accordance with
Auditor-Controller directions, this fund be permanently increased by $10,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, on the 10th day of June 2003 by the following votes:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houz, Josiassen, Yamaguchi, and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
