RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 11 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "050-001 AUDITOR-CONTROLLER" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Senior Account Clerk (position to end 06-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
(position to end 12-31-03)
thereby increasing the total from 39 to 40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3 830 of the County of Butte
entitled "090-001 HUMAN RESOURCES" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Secretary II, I or Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Receptionist or Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "100-001 COUNTY COUNSEL" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Paralegal
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Legal Secretary II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged. This change shall be effective June 16, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 40 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "470-001 COUNTY CLERK -RECORDER" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy County Clerk-Recorder I (position to end 01-30-04)
thereby increasing the total from 14 to 15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

4 Mental Health Clinician II, I (position to end 06-30-03)
4 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor or
Mental Health Worker (position to end 06-30-03)
1 Medical Records Technician II, I (position to end 06-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:

ENFORCEMENT -GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:
