RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING THE APPOINTMENT
OF WARNER PHILLIPS
FROM THE POSITION OF
DEPUTY COUNTY SURVEYOR
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1998, the Butte County Board of Supervisors passed and
adopted Resolution No. 98-04, a Resolution Appointing Warner Phillips to the position of
Deputy County Surveyor; and
WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary to have Warner Phillips appointed to the position of
Deputy County Surveyor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that Warner Phillips
appointment to the position of Deputy County Surveyor is withdrawn.
AYES: Supervisors Dolam, Houz, Josiassen, Yamaguchi, and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
