RESOLUTION DECLARING A CLASS II BIKE LANES ON LINCOLN BOULEVARD,
FROM OROVILLE CITY LIMIT LINE TO MONTE VISTA AVENUE,
IN BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that a Class II bike lane be constructed on Lincoln Boulevard from the Oroville City
Limit Line south of "D" Street to Monte Vista Avenue and the Director of Public Works is
hereby instructed to delineate and install signs as appropriate to designate the Class II bike lanes
on both sides of the street. No Packing of vehicles will be allowed within the limits of the bike
lanes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 10th day of June , 2003, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
