NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 42 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte entitled "480-004 LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION (LAFCo)" by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Senior Planner and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title I Principal Planner or Senior Planner thereby leaving the total unchanged at 5.
