RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 345 to 345.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 70 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:
