RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
I Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 09-30-OS)
.5 Probation Technician (position to end 09-30-OS)
thereby increasing the total from 106 to 107.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
thereby increasing the total from 142 to 143.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Supervisor -Mental Health Nurse
2 Supervisor -Mental Health Nurse or Staff Nurse III
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Supervisor -Nurse
2 Supervisor -Nurse or Staff Nurse III
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 345.5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by
deleting therefrom the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Mental Health Nurse or Staff Nurse III
and adding thereto the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Nurse or Staff Nurse III
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 69 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the Caunty of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:
