RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO UN-NAME A PRIVATE ROAD NAME IN BUTTE
COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that Notice of Its Intention to un-name the private road
name shown below be posted as required by Streets and Highways Code Section 970.5 and that
on August 26 2003, at 10:25 A.M in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the subject of the proposed .name
