RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3830 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "533-002 PUBLIC WORKS -CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE" by
deleting therefrom the fallowing;
Positions Classification Title
1 Tree Trimmer/Climber I or Road Maintenance Worker I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Tree Trimmer/Climber II, I or Road Maintenance Worker I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 92.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
26tH day of august , 2003, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
