COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 59 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County ofButte
entitled "629-001 LIBRARY LITERACY GRANT" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
I Library Assistant II, I (position to end 09-30-03}
.75 Library Assistant III (position to end 09-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Library Assistant II, I {position to end 06-30-04)
.75 Library Assistant III (position to end 06-30-04)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 60 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "630-001 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Library Assistant II, I (position to end 09-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Library Assistant II, I (position to end 09-30-04)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 28.
