COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance Na. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to end 09-30-03)
2.5 District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 09-30-03)
1 Legal Typist Clerk (position to end 09-30-03)
1 Mental Health Counselor (term position to end 09-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I (position to end 11-30-03}
1.5 District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
l District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 12-31-03)
] Legal Typist Clerk (position to end 12-31-03)
1 Mental Health Counselor (term position to end 06-30-04)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 83.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 09-30-03)
I Office Assistant III, II, I (position to end 09-30-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
1 Office Assistant III, II, I {position to end 06-30-04)

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 107.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3830 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Clinic Manager
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
l Supervisor -Nurse
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 143.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
23rd day of September , 2003, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi and Vice-Chair Josiassen
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chair Beeler
