COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI_,VED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3a6 i of the County of Butte
entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Deputy Sheriff (position to end l 0-3 ] -04)
thereby increasing the total from 6 to 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 3 ] of Ordinance No. 3a61 of the County of Butte
entitled "420-001 PROBATION JUVENILE HALL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Juvenile Hall (position to end 10-31-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Juvenile Hall {position to end 02-29-04)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 56.5.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3s61 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
2 Administrative Services Assistant
1 Office Assistant III, II, I
3 Family Support Case Manager III, II, I
1 Family Support Case Manager III
thereby decreasing the total from 177 to 169.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this

AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
