COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Services Assistant (Position to end 06-30-04)
1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I (Position to end 06-30-04)
1 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
(Position to end 06-30-04)
thereby increasing the total. from 143 to 146.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County ofButte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Clinical Program Manager
.5 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor
or Mental Health Worker
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Behavioral Health Managed Care Plan Manager
1 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor
or Mental Health Worker
thereby increasing the total from 340.5 to 341.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 66 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte

entitled "757-001 NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL (MANAGEMENT)" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
l Associate Civil Engineer, Associate Engineer, Assistant Engineer
or Junior Engineer
and adding thereto the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
1 Senior Civil Engineer or Associate Civil Engineer
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 17.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3 861. of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE C, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEMBERS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

$28,862 240
and adding thereto the following:

$29,699 240
