RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISRTICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (Position to end 12-31-03)
1 Legal Typist Clerk (Position to end 12-31-03)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (Position to end 06-30-04)
1 Legal Typist Clerk (Pasition to end 06-30-04)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 81.5.
