RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Analyst III
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 169.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 52 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "570-003 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" by
adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
14 Eligibility Technician II, I
2 Employment and Eligibility Supervisor
thereby increasing the total from 194 to 210.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE G,
PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES' UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:
