RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
thereby decreasing the total from 103.5 to 102.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "720-001 ADMINISTRATIVE -FACILITIES SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Facilities Project Specialist (term position to end 12-31-04)
thereby decreasing the total from 42 to 41.

9th day of March , 2004, bythe following vote:
