RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THF,
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 14 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the Caunty of Butte
entitled "070-001 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Assistant Treasurer -Cash Management
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
.6 Revenue and Reimbursement Officer II, I
thereby decreasing the total from 22 to 21.6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by deleting therefrom the following:
Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title
$29.89 $36.33 1825 Assistant Treasurer -Cash Management
$29.89 $36.33 1261 Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector
and adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 68 of Ordinance No. 3 $61 of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A, APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:
