RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN
CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 2003/2004
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) requires Butte
County Board of Supervisors' authorization to amend the existing Phase I and Phase II of the
Inpatient and Outpatient Consolidation Managed Gare Program with the State Department of
Mental Health; and
WHEREAS, the total revenue to be received for FY 200312004 is $2,070,915 (a reduction
of $54,118.00); and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
authorizes BCDBH to amend their Inpatient and Outpatient Program for Managed care services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13"' day of April
2004, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
