RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGF,NCIES
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors oi'the
County of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorized and directed to approve the cooperative agreement to provide Eire protection
service for 1oca1 agencies, entered into between the County of~ Butte and the California
Department of forestry and mire Protection, covering the period July 1, ?003 through
June 30, ?004.
PASSED ANll ADOPTED by the BLltte County Board o1~Supcrvisors this 13th
day of April by the following vote:
