RESOLUTION AMENDINCJ ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 10 of Ordinance No. 3861 ofthe County of
Butte entitled "020-003 ADMINISTRATIVE -GENERAL SERVICES
ADMINISTRATION" by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
i General Services Deputy Director
thereby increasing the total from 2 to 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001" by deleting therefrom. the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Receptionist
1 Office Assistant III, II, 1
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Receptionist ar Office Assistant III, II, I
1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged. at 82.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 40 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of
Butte entitled "480-004 LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION (LAFCo)"
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 LAFCo/Administrative Support Services Assistant
thereby decreasing the total from 5 to 4.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3 $61 ofthe County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F,
MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" by adding thereto the following:
