HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-056l~CJAI~:D OF SUi~ER~/1~-Ohl , C©t,1NTY 4F BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resolution No. oa-o56 RESOLUTION HONORING BUTTE COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR DEDICATED YEARS OF SERVICE WHEREAS, the County of Butte recognizes the value of maintaining a corps of long- term employees who are dedicated to serving the needs of the County's diverse population; and WHEREAS, dedicated long-term employees are an investment in maintaining a level of knowledge and organizational history which is valuable to the current and future Boards of Supervisors; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors and Management Council are committed to providing greater recognition to employees who have dedicated themselves to making Butte County a better community to live in. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the residents of Butte County, expresses its sincere appreciation to the long-term employees of Butte County for their many years of unselfish dedication and outstanding service rendered to the residents of Butte County. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this l3`~' day of April 2004 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None R.
