RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section l 9 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Legal Typist Clerk (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Legal Typist Clerk (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 82.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-001 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (term position to end 06-30-04)
1 Sheriff's Clerk II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Deputy Sheriff (term position to end 06-30-OS)
1 Sheriff's Clerk II, I (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 26 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-006 SHERIFF-CORONER- FORENSIC SERVICES TEAM" by deleting

therefrom the following:

1 Administrative Analyst I (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst I (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-008 SHERIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" by
deleting therefrom the following:

1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:

1 Deputy Sheriff (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom
the following:
