BE IT RF.50LVEU that the E3oard of Supervisors of the County of Butte hcreb}~:
/luthorires the Chid administrative Ufhcee to submit and/or sign Butte County's application for
Approval for the Cuunt_v's Comprehensive Multi-agency Juvenile Justice Plan Modification and related
contracts. amendments, or' extensions with the State of Calilornia: and
/\ssures that the County of~ f3uttc Comprehensive Multi-agency .Iuvcnilc Justice Plan Modification has

Corrections no later than Mav 1. ?0O~4; and
~~ssures that the Butte Count} Board of Supervisors and the .Iuvcnilc ,fustier Coordinating Council has
revievvcd and approved the County's Comprehensi~~e Multi-agency .Iuvcnilc Justice Plan Modification;
and
Assures that the County of 13utic ~~~ill adhere to the requirements ol~ the .Iuvcnilc .fusticc (.'rime
Prevention pct (Chapters >> ; and 47> of the Government Code) regarding the submission of the
Camprchcnsive Multi-agency .luvenilc fusticc Plan Modification application, investment of allocated
monies. including any interest canlin~~s. c~penditlu-e of said funds, and the submission ol~ required
reports to the [3oard of Corrections.
