RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highways Code provides that in May of each year
County shall submit to the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions
from its mileage of maintained County roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or
excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, certified to the State
Controller on June i0. ?OO3 that the total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was
(.~5~.9 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that total mileage of maintained County roads is I.i51.K8
miles;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the total mileage of maintained County roads
be 1,>> l .R8 miles, as indicated on Exhibit "A" referred to as THE TABS and in accordance with the
additions, exclusions, or corrections to the tabulation shown thereon and hereby made, by reference
thereto, a part of this resolution.
RE [T FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDEREll, that duplicate copies of the herein above
said Exhibit "A" shall be filed in the ofCce of the Director of Public Works of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 27th day of April by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
