Resolution NO. 04-069
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COUNTYWIDE BIKEWAY MASTER PLAN
IN BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, hereby adopts the County of Butte Countywide Bikeway Master Plan as prepared by
the Butte County Associatio~l of Governments in September, 1998. The County of Butte
Countywide Bikeway Master Plan meets the requirements set fourth in the State of California
Streets and Highways Code, Section 891.2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 27thday of April , 2004, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Hour, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
