HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-075BG1~4I~D Q~' ~UPERVI~t~F~S COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE QF CALIFORNIA R~solufiori No. 04-075 A RESOLUTION OF THE BU 1' 1'E COUN'T'Y BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO CDBG GRANT NO: 02-EDBG-874 rI'O INCLUDE THE ALLOCATION OF CDBG PROGRAM INCOME FOR PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ACTIVITIES WHEREAS, the County of Butte receives program income from various Suite of- Califot-~~ia Community Development Block Grants; and WHEREAS, Community Development Block Grant regulations allow program income to be disbursed into open CDBG grants for the same activities as were originally approved in the open grant, if such transfer is an allowable action per the jurisdiction's adopted CDBG Program Income Re-Use Plan; and WHEREAS, the Butte County CDBG Pragrarn Income Re-Use Plan allows program income to be disbursed into open CDBG grants for the same activities as those of the open CDBG grant; and WHEREAS, the County of Butte received notification of approval of CDBG grant #02- EDBG-874 on December 13, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors approved an amendment to CDBG grant #02-EDBG-874 on March 11, 2003 to include the completion of outstanding items related to the Southside Oroville Community Center; and WIIEKEAS, the County of Butte has program income on hand to be expended toward CDBG eligible activities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors does hereby approve the amendment of CDBG grant #OZ-EDBG-874 as follows: CF(`Ti(lN I The Board of Supervisors hereby approves a transfer of up to $170,000 in CDBG Program Income for previously approved activities associated with the Butte County Business Incubator Program. SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors hereby approves a transfer of up to $_50,000 in CDBG Probram Income for previously approved activities associated with the completion of outstandinU items related to the Southside Oroville Community Center. pASSEll AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 27`" day of April 2004 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dorn, t?oux, Jo"ias~Pr!, Y~.~a~~T.chi arnd.
