(RAI) BOARll OF DIRECTORS WHEREAS the Rural Allim~ee Inc. (ItAt) has created a scholarship program to advance better education for rural California residents; and WHEREAS each county that is a member of the Regional Council of Rural Counties {RC'RC} will be allotted up to a total of $1,000 for up to two scholarships; and WHEREAS the Butte County Board of Supervisors has read and agrees to abide by the scholarship program guidelines adopted by the RCRC Board of Directors and the RAI Board of Directors.
