Resolution N0.04-085
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
3 District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
1 Paralegal (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 District Attorney Investigator II, I (position to end 06-30-OS)
1 Paralegal (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 82.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Supervising Probation Officer (position to end 06-30-04)
2 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
2 Probation Technician (position to ~d 06-30-04)
1 Auditor-Accountant II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
1 Office Assistant III, II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:

entitled "441-001 WATER AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION" by deleting therefrom
the following:

1 Senior Planner or Associate Planner (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Senior Planner or Associate Planner (position to end 08-30-04)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 5.5.
