RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN CONTRACT
BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL & DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health has authorization to
enter into a new multi-year Agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug
Programs for the Negotiated Net Amount (NNA) and Drug/Medical; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will be July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of
Behavioral Health is authorized to enter into this Agreement with the State Department of
Alcohol & Drug Programs for the next three years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 25rn
day of May 2004, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
