RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3861 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 26 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "360-006 SHERIFF-CORONER-FORENSIC SERVICES TEAM" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst I (position to end 06-30-OS)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Administrative Analyst I (position to end 10-29-04)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "430-001 PROBATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Clerical Support Services
1 Legal Secretary I or Legal Typist Clerk
l Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Office Assistant III, II, I
1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 102.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 19 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 39 of Ordinance No. 3 861 of the County of Butte
entitled "470-001 COUNTY CLERK -RECORDER" by deleting therefrom the
following:

1 Deputy County Clerk-Recorder I (position to end 06-30-04)
and adding thereto the following:

1 Deputy County Clerk-Recorder II, I (position to end 06-30-OS)
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:

1 Supervisor- Mental Health Counselor (positionto end 06-30-04)
1 Mental Health Clinician II, I (position to end 06-30-04)
2 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor or
Mental Health Worker (position to end 06-30-04)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 57 of Ordinance No. 3861 of the County of Butte
entitled "629-001 LIBRARY -LITERACY GRANT" by deleting therefrom the
following:
