HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-098~~~ O~ ~3#JP~+ ~~i .., y • •. ~!~, • ••~ ~ ~~' ~ ~ ~• ~~ ~~AR~ C~~ `~U~'~R'1~'I~~RS~ '~'~ ~• ~.~~~~ _ ~` •;' ,~ COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE Of CALIFC~R!!~Ia ~, '•.;~~•••.......••••''~ ~;'~'~ Resolution No. 04-098 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 02-104 AND RESOLUTION CORRECTING STANDARD 5-31 PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE WHEREAS; under the provisions of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code, certain standards governing sanitation, improvements, fire protection and other specific rcquircmcnts have been established by Resolution 02-104 and modified by Resolution 03-021 of the Board of Supervisors, and; WHEREAS; it has become necessary to amend Standard 5-31; and WHEREAS; in order to efficiently and proactively administer the rcquircmcnts sctforth in the Improvement Standards, it is necessary for the Director of Public Works to modify or correct the Improvcmcnt Standards. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached revised Standard S-31 is hcrcby adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that The Director of Public Works is hcrcby authorized to approve modifications or corrections to the adopted Improvcmcnt Standards subject to approval of a subsequent report to the Board of Supervisors, outlining the proposed change; PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 25th day of May, 2004 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None ,. ;' ,' R.
