FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
Co~ulty of Butte, that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorised and directed to approve the cooperative agreement to provide the powerline
inspection program, entered into between the CoLUlty of Buttc and the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period July 1, 200 ~ through
June 3 0, 2004.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13th day
of July 2004 by the lollowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, Yamaguchi and Chair Beeler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
