RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WHERF,AS, the County of Butte desires to continue a certain project designated "fhe 13uttc County
Victim/Witless Assistance Program to be funded by the governor"s Office of Emergency Services, Criminal Justice
Programs Division.
NOW, THERF,FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chief Probation Officer of the Butte County Probation
Department is authorized to sign and approve on behalf of the Butte County Probation Department the Grant Award
Agreement including any extensions or amendi~~ents thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the applicant agrees to provide all matching Funds required fir said
project (including any amendment thereof) snider the Program and the funding terms and co~u~itions of OCIP and that
the cash match will be appropriated as required
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that State funds received hereunder shall not be used to supplant expenditures
conU-ollcd by this body.
