.IUVF,NILE .IUSTICE CRIME PREVENTION ACT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board ofi Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby:
Authorises the Chief Administrative Officer to submit and/or sigh Butte County's Application for
Approval for the County's Comprehensive Multi-agency Juvenile Justice Plan and related contracts,
amendments. or estcnsions with the Stag of California:. and
Assru~es that the County of Butte Comprehensive Multi-agency ,Iuvcnile Justice Plan has been developed.
revicw~cd and provided to the Board of Corrections in a format determined by the Board of Corrections;
and
Assures that the Butte County Board of Supervisors and the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council has

Assures that the County of Butte will adhere to the requirements of the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention
Act (Chapters 353 and 475 of the Government Code) and the ,Iuvcnile Justice And Delinquency
Prevention Act of 1974, as amended, regarding the submission of the Comprehensive Multi-agency
Iuvcnile Justice Plan application or revision, investment of allocated monies, including any interest
carnin~~s, expenditure of said funds. and the submission ol~ required reports to the Board of Corrections.
