RESOLUTION PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING OR NARKING,
NORTH SIDE OF SPEEDWAY AVENUE,
FROM 150 FEET EAST OF MIDWAYTO 1,600 FEET EAST OF MIDWAY,
F.XCLUllING A RESTRICTED 20 MINUTE, LOADING ZONE FROM 1,020 FEET
EAST OF MIDWAY TO 1,450 EAST OF MIDWAY

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board oi~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of~
California, as follows:
1. "l'hat the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles is prohibited on the north side of
Speedway Avenue, from 150 feet east of Midway to 1,600 feet east ol~ Midway, excluding a
restricted commercial loading zone from 1,020 feet east of Midway to 1,450 feet east of Midway.
2. Thai, pursuant to Section 14-42 of the Butte County Code, the slopping, standing or
parking of vehicles is restricted to 20 minutes for the purposes of a commercial loading zone
from 1,020 feet east of Midway to 1,450 feet east of Midway.
3. That the Director of Public Works is directed to place "No Parking" and " 20-Minute
Loading Zone" signs or curb markings as provided in Section 14-46 of the Butte County Code at
the appropriate locations along said roadway.
4. This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22507 of the State Vehicle Code and
Article X[ of the Butte County Code.
5. All resolutions or ordinances or parts of resolutions and ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the CoLUlty of Butte, State of
California, this _ 13th day of July , 2004, by the following vote:
