AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL
REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN NOMINATING AND SU13M1TTING
TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES (TEA) GRANT PROJECTS

California, that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute and

improvement projects that have been pre-approved by the Board ol~ Supervisors for
"transportation I?nhancement Activities ("fEA) grant funding available under apportionments
